I did my exam yesterday after studying for 3+ monthes doing 50% of Kaplan QBank in addition to all the Kaplan books and FA and Goljan and so on...
For my opinion Kaplan Qbank is Easier than the Exam. In the real exam the question are alot more harder. Qbank questions are reasonable questions as oppose to the real exam. On real exam they don't give you clear clues about the disease they never use Pathognomonic Features which makes things alot harder to understand what they're talking about.
I haven't tryed the USMLE WORD...but I hope I passed my exam, if not I will defintly try the UW as The Questions there are harder than the Qbank
and afterall you know what they say: hard over the Practice - easy on the battle!
Mary Christmas Everybody and good luck to you all...

Surprised! A lot of students talked about BSS.Why didn't you do them?Did you have better alternatives?Considering doing only pathophysiology in the books/cd.
