Kaplan QBank?

I have the Kaplan live online MCAT course and have their Qbank. Is it representative of the real MCAT and worth doing or should I just stick to the AAMC qpacks/section banks. Also, what are your thoughts on Kaplan's FL's? I'm thinking of purchasing Nextsteps FL's since they seem to be the most representative from what I've heard.

Except for CARS Qbank questions, I find that Kaplan Qbank consists mostly of easier discrete questions (there are some passage based but few and far in between). Kaplan passage-based questions and FLs are more like the questions you’ll find on the real test, not Qbank. AAMC stuff is the real deal!
