how is this calculated?

is it a cumulative of all users since the question was put in qbank or is it reset every year? some of these questions are making me seriously doubt my study efforts especially when the majority of students have gotten them right. i'm hoping it's b/c the % is cumulative and is skewed b/c most students who use qbank are already good to go re. the material.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I think it also may count people who are using the questions over and over and therefore should be getting them right.

Kaplan has their own forum that you should be asking this question (they have official advisors that will let you know).

I seem to remember someone mentioning that the average is compiled from the past 6 months or so of question performances.
