Kaplan (purple) gives you a list of top 200 brand drugs and another list for top 200 generic drugs and they are different. Which one to memorize for the NAPLEX?

Both! It really isn't that bad since you should already know the majority of the medications.

you had better know all of those and then plenty of others not on the top 200, including oncology and hiv. You will have a lot of problems otherwise.
