Did your friend get full money back for the problems or the prorated amount back that is in the agreement? (i.e. 50% back if you haven't used more than 50% of the qbank or whatever it is)
It's back up... also I called and got an extension on my subscription for the amount of days it was down. It was fast and easy. They know they have a problem.
Huh, I haven't been having a problem with it - or at least not more than normal.
I find that Q bank gives me problems quite often - where it won't procede to the next question, yet the timer keeps going. I just have to suspend my test and go back to it when that happens.
