Keeping up with the basics

Hey all,
I'm an M1, recently i've been looking around to find some sort of book that covers the basics of "the human body" so to speak (or medicinal concepts in general). I haven't had much luck; but I would really like some sort of resource which I can skim through from time to time to just refresh my knowledge of the basics of medicine. Does anyone know of such a book(s).
