Looking at the picture from the left theres a small rectangular cube sticking from the first half circle looking structure that isn't addressed in the answer choice.

When you want an image to actually show up in a post like mine do, post it like this instead

<img src="URL">

Where the URL is the actual link to the website or hosting service where the picture is located. Just replace URL with the copied URL from the browser bar and it will show up. You MUST have the quotation marks, they DO matter. Learned this trick earlier.

As far as answering your question....
The piece that you have a pink line drawn to is actually the middle bar in choice D. It is the thickest middle bar in the image. Don't overthink this one, it's not too bad. IF you want a tough one, look here
