Khan Academy can be used for all Content Review???

So I just stumbled onto this page:
Biomolecules | MCAT | Test prep | Khan Academy

You'll notice that the top paragraph says "Foundational Concept 1". There are pages like this full of videos for every single Foundational Concept!

Has anyone actually used these as their only source of content review and scored well on the MCAT??? I thought I read somewhere that AAMC and Khan are kind of close and this seems like a lot of work on Khan's part to lay everything out like this for it not to be essential...
