I get headaches a lot. I'd like to be prepared. I'm getting headaches from staring at my stupid computer screen all day and all night from stupid Qbanks. Grr.

Will they look at me funny if I start pill-popping?

Well you could only take the aspirin during the breaks (you can't have *anything* in the test with you) but I don't see why they would mind.
