Kindle version of RR, how to activate online access?

I bought the kindle version of Goljan Rapid Review. Says I need a PIN number which is printed on the back of the front cover. But it is not anywhere in the kindle book. How do I go about accessing this? I have literally searched the entire web for an answer and can't find it.
