Is there a difference between kinesthesia vs. proprioception?
From my understanding:
kinesthesia: perception of body motion in space.
proprioception: perception of body position and force being generated during motion
Is Kinesthesia just a big umbrella, and proprioception a subcategory of it?

So some sources say that they are interchangeable, and KA said its not. Anyone have insight to this?

I believe kinesthesia has to do more with sensing body position during motion whereas proprioception is more concerned with sensing body position, pressure, etc. while you're stationary (and in motion).
