Hey everybody. I'm going through my first read of Kaplan Lecture Notes (KLN). I was wondering whether its really neccessary to watch the accompanying videos as well? The lecture videos put me to sleep and take up a lot of my time, even when I watch them at 1.5x speed. Is there really any extra info in the videos that isn't given in the KLN? I'll appreciate any guidance! 🙂

More than a 100 views and not a single reply! 🙁

Hey that's because this question has been answered on multiple occasions. You do not need the videos! But it helps to clarify concepts if you don't understand them in the notes.

You can use the search tab to find more info.

I'd say that that it differs from topic to topic. Watching pharm videos was really helpful because he really explains the mechanisms and adds great bits of relative info. However the biochem book was pretty self explanatory and fine without the lectures, (although I'd recommend watching Raymon's portion). I guess read the books and if you feel like you need more explanation about something check out the videos. Also try searching the forums for past posts about which vids are most helpful. I know I had found a bunch if stuff earlier on. Hope I helped! Good luck!
