hi I was wondering if someone could give me a hand here.

I was doing squats a few days back with a deep bend in the knees. My knee didnt hurt at the time, but now, whenever I bend my knee it hurts a lot, I'm having trouble walking around. Its not sore or bruised anywhere, just hurts whenever I bend it.

I seriously doubt anyone can give you much of a diagnosis from what you described in your post. If pain persists you will probably need an MRI to see if you tore something. Definitely stay away from leg exercises until it stops hurting. And once you are healed find someone with weight training experience to critique your squat form -- bad form is the cause of most injuries.
