Could a martial arts, such as Krav Maga be included as manual dexterity in terms of application purposes?

I think martial arts falls under hand-eye coordination. The manual dexterity section is probably asking for more fine and delicate handiwork (judging from the examples given). Sewing and martial arts requires completely different mindset and skillset to perform.

With that said, you should definitely mention Krav Maga as an activity.
