I would be extremely grateful if one of you could tell me what values go in the large X on the ScutSheet. I know all of values to enter in the other Lab Skeletons, but that large X has me stumped.

Not exactly sure what you are talking about... but it sounds like where your cbc goes. wbc on left, hgb and hct top and bottom and platelets on the right. The diff goes out to the side of the lower right leg of the x.
 
The CBC is also noted in a kind of "elongated" cross-thingie. I've often seen the "cross" used for LFTs - left wedge, alk phos. Top one, ALT, bottom one, AST, right one, total bili.
