Hi there, I would like to get some advice about what to do during my year off.
I have a decent/ok uGPA of 3.6+ both science and overall (bio major) and i was wondering if I'm better off in terms of experience/learning/etc (not $$) by doing a post-bac research program or a paid SRA/tech position.
I do have undergrad research experience and have not taken the mcat yet.
I would really appreciate if you can share your experiences too.

Thank you so much in advance!!! :)

postbacs are recommended for ppl with low GPA's. yours is on par with accepted applicants, so it's good.

go ahead with research if you are interested in it. if not, then do something that interests you and is productive.
