Lab vs Lecture on Secondaries

Many secondaries ask to specify lecture hours and then again lab hours. The problem is that my lab and lecture were combined for the basic sciences as a total of four credit hours. How should I go about completing the course work? Should I just fill in the same info in the lab part as I did in the lecture part and write under "credit hours" that it's included in the lecture hours?

on GW's they tell you to double list them like you at first suggested. i think that works fine.

You could probably get away with 3 hours lec. and 1 hour lab
