I've noticed most schools on the MSAR reporting somewhere around 80%+ of their students having some kind of research experience. I did some research methods and research skill courses in undergrad, but I doubt those count. I've been out of undergrad for almost 3 years now. How would that look in the eyes of an Adcom member? I'm applying both MD and DO next year. I'm also AD AF so it's somewhat difficult to take classes in house, let alone participate in research as well. Any opinions/suggestions?
