Anyone worked at or done ADT's at Lackland? I do mine next month and had a question. In the packet they sent me it says that the UOD must be worn everywhere except inside the hospital, such that one has to change at least twice a day and anytime you want to go out to lunch, etc... Is this for real or is it a 'policy' that doesn't translate to real world action?

A couple of my navy classmates who did surgery adt's said that they were only in uniform to meet their CO on the first day. The rest of the month was scrubs.

Anyone?

Yep. I was assigned to Wilford Hall for three years, and there is no wearing scrubs outside the hospital. You will have to change from your duty uniform to scrubs and back. And General Rodgers is pretty adamant that these regs are kept.
