I'm looking to transition to anesthesia group in Las Vegas. Can anyone tell about pros/cons about the different groups out in Las Vegas?

As in outside of the LV Metro area? Like Henderson? Or are you talking about something like places > 25 miles outside of LV?

Didn’t say that. Plenty of groups. Some shady some not. Either way, with most groups you gotta drive around town.
Or you can also hustle independently.
