Last day to hold multiple acceptances?

When is the last day to be able to hold more than one acceptance before schools will be notified of that fact? I know it’s sometime in March but does anyone know if it’s the same day across all of the schools?

Oops- sorry for posting on the wrong board. I am waiting for my S.O. to hear back from grad schools- unfortunately the timing didn’t line up so I don’t know where I will end up yet.
