I made the mistake of focusing too much on content review. My MCAT is Jan 28th and I have only done 2 full length practice exams. I got a 497 on the AAMC practice, but there were maybe 5 or 6 questions I could have answered correctly but I had not re-reviewed those topics yet. I did a McGraw hill practice mcat and my raw score was 10 points higher than the AAMC one (not sure what that converts to bc it was easier).
Realistically I need a 505 on the real MCAT.

My weakest area is Chem/Physics. Also, I happened to do poorly on the AAMC Cars (57%) bc I was not used to how long the aamc passages were, otherwise I usually get around 65-70%.

Since I only have 5 days left should I do more content review on my weaknesses or more FLs?

1. write down all the physics formulas you have access to, on paper every day; sometimes in the exam, it's enough to answer some questions just by having the right equation and knowing where the units are supposed to end up

2. write down all the units and their SI pieces on paper, every day (see point above 🙂 )

3. go do Khan CARS at least 3x a day and understand why the answer choices are selected

4. more FLs won't help your confidence so stop them... review amino acids, understand graphs, etc.

Great suggestion with Physics formulas I will definitely do that

push your test date back to April, study more, and be ready to hit your 505 target. You're gambling at this point.

I would say practicing sections and FL's will be more beneficial at this point. I believe a huge component of this test is going in with the confidence knowing that you have completed countless practice questions and feel that you can be successful with whatever is thrown at you. With only 5 days, only so much content review will help. Take my word from personal experience, do not take the test if you dont feel confident. A poor score will stick with you in the interviews. Push it back if you need to do so to do well.
Good luck
