And for the life of me, I can't sit down and read a single thing. I tried to watch lectures, but the lecturers are terrible. We are covering infectious disease in pathophys; so I can't just kaplan the videos because they are very light. I tried switching my study areas and that became worse. I took 2 days break from trying to study and I still can't get back on the horse. Help.

Maybe try to force yourself to study in small/manageable doses until you get back into the swing of things? Blocking websites like Facebook/sdn will probably help.

I'm not sure what you guys are learning but I wouldn't consider the kaplan ID lectures "very light".
