Some of the March deadline schools as well as the lenient schools that allow you some slack will accept the January PCAT. Realistically though, the October PCAT is the de facto "last time" to take the test for an upcoming pharmacy school year. Most schools have deadlines around or before the time the January test occurs and the date that the school receives the score.
It's rather inadvisable to take the January 2009 PCAT if you want a decent chance to get into pharmacy schools for the 2009-2010 school year.
