Hello Everyone,

I was just wondering if there are people on this forum who applied early last year (entering class 2003) ; received interviews in January and February and still got accepted. I would really appreciate if those who have such an experience post which school invited them for an interview and when did they get accepted. I think this will be very helpful and give some hope to those who are still waiting for their first invite. Don?t forget that there are a lot a people here on SDN that are exactly in this position. Please, also post your stats if that is OK with you?..

Yep...I had interviews from November till April. Don't worry so much.

Cell Biology/Neuroscience and Economics double major
Psychology Minor

I applied in July last year and had interviews from october until april

3.4 science(under grad bio) 18aa 20PAT
3.8 MBA

Although I should mention the April one was at Nova bec my app there kept getting screwed up. For some reason AADSAS always sent an incomplete application out to Nova while the other schools got completed ones. I had them send it 4 times before they got it right. I mean why should I expect flawless service when I only spent $900

Nova is one of my top choice schools. I have an interview there in January. I hope I get accepted?. January is not too late, is it?

last year in April Nova had 11 seats left so there should be plenty in Jan.

Actually when I talked to Sue-Ann in May she was sending another 10 acceptance letters out.

Why did you choose NYU over Nova ? any particular reason ?

Hi,
I interviewed at Michigan in the middle of January and was accepted two weeks later and I interviewed at UCLA in early February and was accepted exactly a week after my interview. Don't worry too much if you receive late interviews. The vast majority of schools haven't filled their classes by February, so you'll still be interviewing for a spot in the class rather than for the waitlist. There are some exceptions (I've heard Case Western fills quickly), but most likely things will turn out OK. Hope this helps.

Took DAT in October, submitted AADSAS in late December, interviewed IUSD (only school applied) February, admitted March.

eight of the 10 schools I interviewed were late jan, feb, march (possibly april).

of these 8, I got into 5, rejected at 1 (it was an out of state public school...), and 2 was waitlisted (as was told the interview would be for a waitlist spot)
