Late app, Early or in between?

What is considered late when submitting in application? August? I know june is probably considered early. Im planning to either take the may or june mcat...but if i take the june i kno i wont be able to submit till July. How much will that hurt me?

Submitting in July won't hurt you. What usually hurts people is when they wait until September to submit AMCAS, then don't stay on top of secondaries and get those sent out after 2 or 3 months, and then wind up beginning to interview in late February, early March. So just stay on top of your secondaries and you should be fine as far as timelines go.

I submitted in late July and I was fine; I think in general August is OK (not good, not bad), but you really want to avoid September and later.
