I decided to apply for Regional (am a CA3 graduating July 2014) a bit late and I saw most programs have given offers out or are done interviewing. Do spots open up/any programs interview late? What are my options?
And if spots do open up how do I go about finding that out? advice appreciated!

The answer to your first question can really only be answered by the programs themselves. A few seconds on google turned up a list of fellowship programs, complete with contact info:

Of course - first place I started. I meant more along the lines of peoples experiences applying late or if anyone here went looking for last minute openings as a CA3 and had any luck?
Most programs are filling/filled by now so those 2 routes above seem to be my only option as of now. I was just wondering what to expect on my search forward and what my expectations should be....
