Has anyone had experience with applying early (first few batches) and not getting interviews when others first start hearing about invites, but then later on actually get invited for an interview?

Sorry the question may sound a bit confusing.

I waited a WHILE for interviews to my state schools. I applied first batch. I was accepted on December 2nd. Don't worry until the middle of October. 🙂

Do you mean people had interviews to your state schools while you were still waiting on them?

From my interviews last cycle, I think every director of admissions that spoke to the interviewees said that they view pretty much all pre-December interviews the same. Doesn't matter if you have the first date or one in October/November. There will be top applicants and some reach applicants in every interview date between now and late November, no matter when their application was completed.

Give up, I am...it has been less than a month and my heart can't take it anymore :dead:. Jokes aside...be patient my friend.

Plenty of time left. I applied early in the cycle, got an interview in March and acceptance in April... I had almost given up.

I had interviews in October and November last year, and then January and March. I got accepted in March. First batch.
