So I submitted my stuff super late. Do I still have a realistic shot at U.S. interviews this year?

Really hard to say without seeing the rest of your profile. Your GPA and MCAT are solid though but a lot of interviews have already been given out. Just from the looks of your profile, your timing will probably be the major reason you don't get in if that happens.
