Heres the deal. My premed committee letter is ready to go out to all my secondaries. In addition I have two other letter writers that should write strong letters. One of these writers I don't think will have anything done for quite some time (he asked for deadline dates first and foremost).

My understanding is that your secondary is not complete until all intended LOR are submitted. Is this true? And if so, is it even worth having his letter on secondary apps as an intended LOR if his is going to be late while the other two letters are ready for submission?

Hope that made sense,
Thanks

When do you think that letter would be sent out? It pretty much is dependent on that.

If you think he/she will write you a good letter, get on their ass to make sure they get it in. Learn from my experience - don't take their word that they sent it in, verify with the people that are sending it to the med schools.
