Anyone know what to do if you are late in sending out the green DEA Form 222 for C2 returns. The form was dated 8 months ago. Anyone has experience dealing with this?

I was pretty shocked. Just send them, better late than never.

The old triplicate form isn't even being issued anymore. One thing you come to accept is the DEA has a lot of half-assed, poorly fleshed out rules.
