Late sending out green form

Anyone know what to do if you are late in sending out the green DEA Form 222 for C2 returns. The form was dated 8 months ago. Anyone has experience dealing with this?

I've had some that were that old. Sent them off and hadn't heard anything.

I floated to a store once that had literally never sent any of their green forms in. I was pretty shocked.

Just send them, better late than never.

I'm leaning towards just sending them in. Hopefully, worst case they might request I submit a new form.

The blue form is already executed. The brown form is already retained.

The old triplicate form isn't even being issued anymore.

One thing you come to accept is the DEA has a lot of half-assed, poorly fleshed out rules.

DEA has like 2 people working in their entire regional offices. I doubt theyll go through every form they receive lol
