Late SLOR and contacting programs

I will be getting an SLOR from the program in which I am currently rotating, and it will be the only one I have in my armamentarium. Should I contact programs now and let them know that the three non-SLORs on my app aren't the only thing they're going to get from me, or should I wait until after dean's letters come out?
