I'm the guy who is switching from GS to Gas. I got a late start with my applications (late October). My 3rd letter of Rec. was finally uploaded last week.

Did anyone else apply later in the game? If so, how many interviews do you have so far? I'm wondering if most of the interview slots are filled already.
Not sure what to expect.

Any advice?

I think, at this point, you gotta pretty much hope for cancellations. But, a few still seem to be straggling in.
