Latest CPR Guidelines?

Hey. Can anyone let me know where I could read up on the latest CPR guidelines of 2009? I was having a discussion with a fellow intern who said there's been a change in the latest CPR guidelines which now state that when a single person is administering CPR, there's no need to administer mouth-to-mouth breaths as the compressions are sufficient for air entry into the lungs. I wanted to be know if that's true. Can you guys shed some light as to the guidelines you follow in your ER?

AHA just came out and recommended compression only CPR for bystanders.

We actually had our first person came in with compressionless cpr in the field. Health Professionals still use the 2005 AHA guidelines.
