Latest date of interview invitation?

So, what's the latest anyone has heard of anyone getting an interview invite? At what point should I write programs off as having passively rejected me?

I was wondering the same thing.

I would be worried if I hadn't heard anything from any program by mid-October, but I think we need to give some programs a chance to see our Dean's Letters, which is on or around Nov 1st (a Saturday this year, so not sure which side of the weekend the letters will go out on). That said, I'm gonna call the highly desired programs that I have not heard from about a week after that.

A lot of the more competitive programs don't start giving out interviews until after the deans letter, so in certain fields, there will be whole cities worth of programs that won't have sent out a single invite until early November. I probably would start writing most places off in late November/early December if you haven't heard, not mid-October.

Some programs interview right up until the week right before the ROL is due, and therefore, you can expect that some will offer interviews into January.
