Hola, a los dos:
I am also latin, specifically, from South America.
Have not begun to study formally, since I started working on Health Care Center and for the moment, I am focused on it.
Although, I am getting all the bibliography, decks, and everything I can and I study on weekends and everytime that I am free.
I graduated in 1998, so I think I will study for at least 8 months to try to get a good score.(itis not easy to remember basic sciences like Biochem, specially in english after all those years)

What schools are you applying?,what are your STATS?(GPA,Toeffl, etc)and years of graduation etc.
lests start with information like that, I have seen that in other threads and that it is helpfull.

Hey I'm from Colombia, graduated on 2003 and worked for 1 year after that. I'm gonna take my NBDE part I pretty soon, just finishing up dental anatomy. After this I plan to review everything oncce more and review the deck cards I ordered, havent recieved them yet.
I did the kaplan 3 month course, been studying from the reviex book, answering the last 5 ASDA released exams, and been reading from other books like some books for the USMLE.
I,ve been studyin from monday to friday about 5 hours daily and on saturday and sunday I study about 8 - 10 hours daily.
I cant study more cause I'm also working in the mornings.
I was wondering , is the kaplan QBANK any good?

I am studying everything .....like kaplan book, dental desk, and some USMLE books... Qback is ok I already tried but the real questions are more hard .....I will take the test very soon ....I know some dentists from colombia and they are very nice people.......good luck in your studying :D

Hola a todos!!!
I don't think that kaplan questions are easy. some of them are very tricky and you tend to learn from them. so, if i were you, I would do kaplan as well as a back up. just as a personal experience.

THE MINIMUM SCORE TO PASS THE NBDE IS 75.

Well I think I'm not gonna take the Kaplan Q bank, anyways I have some kaplan quizes that I got when I took the the 3 month course and well their ok, but not to hard.
I think I'll stick with the released ASDA exams.
