lead glasses and fog

For those who wear lead lined glasses during procedures, what do you do to prevent fogging? I'm using the barrier technologies glasses and whenever I wear a mask the lenses start to fog. I've used the included anti-fog spray but to no avail. The barrier rep says the fogging is due to the quality of the mask. Any ideas on how to prevent or limit the amount of fogging? Thanks

Spit and toothPASTE (not gel).

Also- No fog from the autoparts store.

Use antifog masks. it will be much better.
