Leadership LOR

I've seen many threads discussing what academic LORs should hve, but I'm wondering what a leadership LOR should touch upon? in addition to that, it was volunteering--the actual activity was planning and executing a studet run conference on leadership.


Some tips and insights would be really appreciated.

The person should have had direct oversight to your endeavors and should key upon your professionalism, creativity, and work ethic. Be sure to clarify the personal characteristics/qualities that this person should key upon. The letter will also serve to justify your accomplishments. Alternatively, if there was a lot of work involved, the route to success should be discussed.

Secondarily, other aspects of your application should be brought up and generally 'why you are a good candidate' for medical school.
