learning new surgical skills as comprehensive ophthalmologist

as a practicing comprehensive ophthalmologist, what are the best ways to acquire new surgical skills in areas that you may not have had exposure to during residency? For instance, laser vision correction, MIGS, and even ECCE and small incision? Really debating fellowship is the only option.

Bump. Good question. I've wondered the same thing myself... The only tangible advice I've gotten is to attend wet labs at AAO or ASCRS.
