When looking at match lists for schools, I want to get an idea of how competitive I'll be for my own residency. Thus, it'd be helpful to know what residencies are not very competitive so i'll know if a particular school sends most of its graduates to less competitive programs or not... Any thoughts on this?

Family Practice. Way more spots than are filled.

But a school that sends a lot of people to FP could be primary-care oriented and pick their students based on their committment to primary care, so I don't think this alone is a good indicator of how good a school is.
