Just like how title states, is taking leave of absence possible from my pharmacy tech job?

Do companies allow such things for part time employee??

I don't have any medical conditions but i am taking 21 credits in school and going through some personal

problems. So i am not able to keep up with things. Though i don't work much but i am always scheduled to most

busiest days, so i am always exhausted when i am back from work.I don't plan to quite the work since there is

possibility of me going to pharmacy school in upcoming fall.

is this even possible?

I'm afraid the only way to know for sure is to ask your employer. Good luck - sounds like you're under a lot of stress!

My pharmacy manager says she doesn't know as it's not medical leave... All i am concerned about getting intern position with same company in future.. I like the company but i feel like they wont hire me in future if i quit on them right now..

Is it hard to get intern position these days???

Just ask your manager if you can work one shift a month (or whatever the minimum is to stay active in the system) until summer when you are available. No need to go on a leave of absence or anything like that. Most employers understand that school is number one priority and will be willing to work with you.
