LECOM Erie Alternates

Anyone on the alternate list hear from Lecom Erie yet?
They claim the list in unranked, but I wonder if they work in the same way as Bradenton (which does rank.)
Any info/updates would be appreciated!

I'm on the list and I haven't heard anything yet. I asked the admissions people how many people generally are taken off the alternate list and they said it was from 20 to 30 people.

Well, I guess the chances of getting taken off the list depends on the size of their alternate pool.

I'm in the same boat as both of you... I asked them about it being ranked and they told me the same thing.

I wish it were ranked like Bradenton, I feel so much better about them because they actually are keeping me updated. It would be nice to make plans or at least start looking into places to live. But I feel very much in the dark with Erie.

I received a letter yesterday asking if I still want to remain on the alternate list. I have to mail back response, and the letter re-emphasizes that there is no ranking, and I can be called anytime up until the first day of classes (beginning August 17th?, which confuses me.) I guess there is no chance of me being called (if at all) before 8/17🙁

Don't give up hope! There's still a month and a half left! I was starting to feel that way too but then poof! They called this morning and gave me the good news 😀!
