I'd prefer to go into IM in a more urban area. I much prefer the rotations of Midwestern, however it is 2x the cost. Also LECOM has mandatory classes and a dress code, etc.

LECOM for sure, it's hard to justify another school for 2x the cost and CCOM's ridiculous tuition

LECOM. CCOM is catering to RICH foreign students as is the California WHUS (as in wuss😉...I went there (Ca.)back in the 90s before it got so $$$ and mostly all foreign students. IF you can get into an MD school--go that route. As a D.O. you are still prejudiced against and the profession tries to push you into FP because they get kick-backs from the Gov.t. I was an Army Surgeon and did fine as a D.O. but civ life ain't so happy. As for the manipulation--IF that's your thing then go the D.O. FP/manipulation private practice route. I was really good at it, got the cranial scholarship--but once out, as a surgeon? Hospitals are AFRAID of it, getting sued==so I had clinic for Employees after hours. And lots of friends w/back pain😉
