im am so bored studying. why cant i focus on something sooo important!!! i keep watching tv and reading SDN posts!!!

me too. i WANT to study and i feel like i need to but i feel so TENSE and ANXIOUS and my stomach keeps getting nervous butterflys in it and IM NOT EVEN TAKING MY TEST FOR another few weeks. but im so nervous i cant calm down!!! i think i need to go run or something this is getting bad

slap yourself in the face. go for a run. then come back home, get your study stuff and drive to the nearest empty parking lot (with no stores or anything nearby). and study. you won't be tempted to go on sdn b/c no wifi.

hahan dude....i was like that up until 10 minutes ago when i took my first crackPAT test and realized the **** is waaaaay harder than i expected. fml.....so much to do, so little time!!!!

I am with you guys... I've probably read more DAT breakdowns than actual study notes..... I'm only through the first 5 chapters on GC on Chad's videos and still have Ochem to tackle. I'm not TOO concerned with PAT as I've gotten 21's so far on CDP, but the sciences scare the crap out of me! Let's all take a deep breath together... woosaaaaah

ive pretty much tackled all the sciences, i guess i saved math and PAT for last.....not to mention reading comp. i am so screwed.
i think i need to take a nap ive been orgo-ing alll day my brain is in pain. AND i had one too many snacks.....its the only break i get!!!! aka eating!! patheticcc

Same here... But I am kinda eating and breathing the DAT right now. It is sad cause this morning I was talking about breakfast with my fiance and I told her that I totally phagocytosized my food. She was like what?! Being the nerd she is, she went on to ask, "so if I put a chip on your tongue and you eat it, would that be considered receptor mediated endocytosis?" Yes, the dat is ruining my life.lol

ive just finished chads videos chem and orgo....still have destroyer, math destroyer, cliffs/cambells. and practice tests to do...only 3.5 weeks ....im so overwhelmed im not sudying alot at all!!!

like what time are most of you starting and ending?

I feel my whole day is gone into studying with breaks in between, but the fact that i am a slow reader is killing me

done read for chem, and ochem, and almost finished with biology.. on to questions soon.. soo much left to do along with pat and math!!

@ kappasig, i start studying within like 20 minutes from when i wake up in the morning, which is usually around like 930 or 10am. Then.....i basically study alllll dayyyyy long until 12am ish, but i take like 100 food breaks....(fml)...bc theyre the only breaks i get! since i never go OUT anymore.
also i see you didnt mention reading comprehension!! are u not going to study for that? i dont even know how besides doing passages. UGHH!! this is all so overwhelming, only a few weeks left and im drowning

course saver , which is one word is the site where chad lectures Ochem and Gchem. He covers a lot of materials that appear quite often on the DAT. Honestly the best ochem and gchem review I have used, but you have to practice what you learn to really get better.

I am in the same boat! My exam is on Aug. 30, I've been studying for two weeks now but i'll be lucky if I study for 5 hours in a day. I think the most I've done is like 7 hours, and due to work I dont study on the weekends. It is just hard to stay focused...
