I'm not sure if this is correct:
If stress Increases Temp --> want to shift left (towards reactant)
If stress Decreases Temp --> want to shift right (towards product)
I think exothermic is bond forming while endothermic is bond breaking so is it right to say that when you shift left (towards reactant) it is endothermic? While if you shift right (towards product), it is exothermic?
Can someone correct me on this?
