So I got an e-mail from Kentucky today stating,

"Your preliminary admission materials from the AADSAS Application Service were reviewed recently. We would like to review your Letters of Evaluation before talking further action. Once we have received them, we will review your application again. Please realize we require a total of three (3), two from science professors and one from a dentist. A Committee letter will fulfill the science letter requirement."

I have already had 3 letters mailed off, two from science professors and one from a dentist, and I'm just waiting on my last professor to finish my letter. I guess my question is should I e-mail them back and tell them that I have the LOR that they need already sent off or can they not look at any of them until all 4 of my individual letters are mailed off? I had to do individual letters because my school doesn't have a committee and I e-mailed the professor I'm waiting on twice the last two weeks and they still haven't e-mailed me back on whether they have finished it or not and its driving me crazy.

I am in a similar situation with 2 of the dental schools I've applied to. If a letter is not required i.e. third science LOR, supervisor LOR, etc., then yes I would contact the dental school that it's not needed. If they still request a 4th one simply because it's stated on your AADSAS, I would keep bugging your professor (nicely) to get the LOR done. BTW I was in that same situation for the AADSAS evaluations.... so stressful!

So I e-mailed them back telling them that all three of the required letters have been mailed off and I'm just waiting a 4th letter I requested through AADSAS. They said that they can go ahead and review my application as long as the required letters are there.
