At what point during the cycle should I consider writing a letter of intent? It's been over a month since I've heard back from any schools and about a month and a half since I've sent out my application. Do I even stand a chance anymore?

Also, what should I include in the letter of intent?

lol, a letter of intent means absolutely nothing, at least in my opinion. It's a nice gesture--that's it. It's not gonna magically garner an acceptance. Just be patient. What are your stats? low? high?

I just feel like it will remind them that I exist!! Lol

my gpa is really low (~3.2) with a huge upward trend (4.0 for the last 4 semesters) & my DAT is a 24 AA and 25 TS

DAT is great. But your GPA is what's gonna kill you. Eh, I would just be patient if I were you. But go ahead, send that letter if you want.

Your GPA is fine, and your DAT is fantastic. Don't worry about your stats. You just applied a little late.
Don't worry, stay positive, and give it another few weeks. There is a reason that interviews go on for so long.
The letter may help, but sometimes a simple email is all you need. But again, I would give it a few weeks. A post-December interview is still an interview...

From my own experience, I do not think it would hurt to email the schools and inquire about your status and see if it is up to date on AADSAS. I emailed one school because I hadn't heard a peep from them for two months. They didn't even let me know if/when they received my official DAT scores (I took the DAT after submitting my main app), whereas all of the other schools informed me when my application was complete. Three hours after the fact I received a interview invite. I will add that it was not a letter of intent, more of a question on an update.
