Hello there!
My boyfriend is a medical school student and suggested that I write a letter of intent to my top vet school. Are letter of interest/intent applicable for veterinary school, or are they generally for medical schools?

Nope, not at all a thing for veterinary school, that's against the norm for applications. Same with committee letters, not a thing for vet school!
