Letter of Intent

I would like to send my top choice a letter of intent. Does anyone have any ideas on how to draft this letter or what to include?
I know LOIs are highly debated here on SDN, but I’m more so sending it for peace of mind knowing that I am trying everything on my end. Any advice is appreciated!
